Navigating Narcolepsy in Everyday Life for Better Living - EP 5 w/ Cara Weaver

Cara Weaver is the marketing and communications specialist at Wake Up Narcolepsy. With a degree in creative writing and English, Cara has a passion for helping others tell their story. Her own story with Wake Up Narcolepsy started shortly after she was diagnosed with Narcolepsy Type 2 in 2018 when she was a junior in high school.

After being misdiagnosed and struggling for many years with the disorder, she decided to dedicate her time to raising awareness for narcolepsy and other sleep disorders. Using her background in social media marketing, Cara works to educate people about narcolepsy and provide resources to those who need it.

In this episode, Ryan talks with Cara about navigating narcolepsy's impact on everyday life. Talking about Cara’s personal journey of coping with narcolepsy, they show how it can offer valuable lessons for anyone seeking better sleep quality and overall well-being.
